- Mutual Support
- Personal and Social Challenge
- Self Awareness
Our programmes are carefully sequenced and designed to encourage a high level of interaction, engaging participants in personal and group development experiences.
Our programmes work well at the beginning of group formation to help develop relationships or during a programme to develop the interactions within the group.
We choose to use experiential “adventure based” activities as a means to promote learning about self and others. We find that through the combination of a supportive environment and an atmosphere of fun participants are able to experience themselves in new and more satisfying ways.
We currently support mental health groups and youth groups who meet for therapeutic and developmental outcomes.
