Leadership Discovery (Year 7-10)
Year 7-10 students’ experience of leadership may range from none to only a taste. This programme is designed to help students explore the concept of leadership and what it may mean for them, and the opportunities that may arise with learnt leadership skills. This program is designed to inspire students to strive towards taking on leadership opportunities, particularly within a school setting.
The Leadership Discovery Programme is a one or two day training program (preferably two) that can be delivered either in school or at our challenge course based at Unitec, Mount Albert. The programme elements below will be explored and delivered through high energy experiential learning, involving Adventure Based Learning initiatives and our AdventureWorks high and low ropes course (if the programme is at the challenge course).
