Leadership Discovery (Year 7-10)
Students at the Year 9/10 level may have not yet had an experience of leadership or only a taste of leadership so far. This program is designed to help students explore the concept of leadership and what it may mean for them, and the opportunities that may arise with learnt leadership skills. This program is designed to inspire students to strive towards taking on leadership opportunities. Particularly within a school setting.
The Leadership Program is a one or two day training program (preferably two) that can be delivered either in school or at our venue based at Unitec, Mount Albert. The program elements below, will be explored and delivered via high energy experiential learning throughout the program, involving Adventure Based Learning initiatives and our AdventureWorks Ltd high and low Ropes course (if program is at Unitec Campus).
Throughout the program students will explore the elements of the program, listed below.
